Track overcurrent issues during pump operation
- Added `overcurrent_ma` field to pump results for capturing overcurrent data. - Enhanced pumping logic to record and propagate overcurrent issues per plant. - Updated `PumpState` and `PlantState` to handle overcurrent errors.
